THE LAST QUIZ -- GIVEN ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY OF THE LAST WEEK OF CLASSES -- WILL BE ON THE MO THEORY OF HOMONUCLEAR DIATOMICS. THERE MAY ALSO BE A QUESTION ON HYBRIDIZATION OF ATOMIC ORBITALS AND ITS RELATION TO SHAPES OF MOLECULES (STERIC NUMBERS!).

If there is enough interest, Professor Gelbart will meet Tuesday afternoons at 5 pm to talk with students more generally about science, beyond the scope of this 20A Lecture Section. Discussion of any science-related questions or topics on your mind will be encouraged.
