The search is case insensitive (your string can be in upper or lower case, it doesn't matter). You are searching against file names of individual pages of exams that have been given in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry. The file names consist of the name of the instructor, the quarter in which the test was given, the class the test was given in, the name of the test, and the page number. These fields are strung together with "-"'s.
